Your enquiry. Handled with care.

Information you send us

The enquiry form collects your name, business email, company, country and project message. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss potential business cooperation. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database and are accessible to authorised administrators. Website hosting providers process data to operate the service. This site does not use advertising trackers. A short-lived network identifier is hashed to help limit automated submissions.

Your choices

Submitting the form is optional. You may also contact us by telephone. To ask about access, correction or removal of an enquiry, contact Huayi at +86 188 5387 9599 and include your enquiry reference if available.

Administrator access

The management area uses email and password authentication with an essential session cookie. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Session access expires and can be ended by signing out.
